Estimation Engineer Jobs in Sharjah at Civic Builders
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of UAE experience in estimation, pre-contract, and post-contract works.
- Experience in G+7 or higher building projects (industrial, residential, and apartment buildings).
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare feasibility studies, budgets, and detailed cost plans
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs (POMI/NRM)
- Handle commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects
- Prepare tender documents (ITT, BOQs) and manage tender process
- Evaluate bids, negotiate with contractors, and prepare TER reports
- Conduct value engineering to optimize cost without affecting quality
- Track and apply current UAE market rates
Skills:
- Quantity Take-Offs & BOQ Preparation
- Cost Estimation & Tendering
- Pre-Contract & Post-Contract Management
- AutoCAD, MS Excel, ERP Systems & PlanSwift
- Knowledge of CostX, Oracle, and SAP will be an added advantage.
Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
