We have an urgent requirement for ERP Project Manager – Banking Domain for our client in Dubai location.
Candidate should have experience in End to End project delivery in ERP Projects – Must
Banking Domain – Must
Project manager who has end to end Project delivery experience.
Work experience in the banking sector in UAE will be a big plus.
Should be able to understand technical as well as functional requirements.
Experience related to ERP and automation projects will be a big plus.
Min. 5-7 years of industry experience.
Should have a Technical background (IT related).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of ERP projects for banking clients.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project objectives effectively.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, ensuring timely updates and adjustments as needed.
Manage project budget and resource allocation efficiently.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and banking personnel.
Ensure the ERP solutions comply with banking regulations and standards.
Monitor project progress and performance regularly, providing reports to management.
Conduct training sessions for staff on new ERP functionalities and updates.
Gather and analyze end-user requirements to tailor ERP solutions accordingly.
Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
Address issues and provide solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Document project processes, methodologies, and outcomes for future reference.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and lessons learned.
