DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT is looking for Environmental Coordinator with minimum 10 years experience in Oil & gas industry.
Location: Ras laffan
Project duration: Until 31st Dec, 2026 (extendable)
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years experience in environmental roles in Oil and Gas (brown field projects), preferably with QE-LNG projects.
- NEBOSH (IGC or International Diploma in Environmental Management)
- Proficiency in HAZCOM assessments, waste management systems, and ISO 14001 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and client-specific environmental regulations.
- Monitor and track waste disposal, including hazardous, medical, and sewage waste.
- Track environmental performance metrics like flaring, greenhouse gas emissions, water usage, and waste generation.
- Conduct environmental audits, site assessments, and risk assessments for operational projects.
- Perform NORM (Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material) surveys and maintain HAZCOM records.
- Participate in oil spill protection programs and manage emergency response plans.
- Provide awareness training to employees on environmental policies.
