Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate entertainers and animation staff
- Manage schedules and event assignments
- Ensure team performance and entertainment quality standards
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
- Assist with events, shows, and guest engagement
Requirements:
- Experience in entertainment, hospitality, kids’ events, or related field
- Leadership/supervisory experience is a plus
- Experience working with children is required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluent English required (Russian is a plus)
