Job Summary: The Engineer/Foreman supervises and coordinates production and construction activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate production and construction activities
- Assign tasks to workers and monitor progress
- Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other departments
- Manage materials, equipment, and resources on site
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare daily progress reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction/production supervision
- Knowledge of precast/prefabricated construction processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience:
- Prefrabricated construction/production supervision: 7 years (Required)
