Responsibilities

* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

* Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate records.
* Promote the company brand to attract top real estate talent.
Requirements
* Previous recruitment experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience using job portals and social media for recruitment.
* Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
* Good knowledge of the UAE job market.
Preferred
* Experience recruiting real estate agents, brokers, or property consultants.
