Red Falcon Marine Equipment Repair Services LLC-SP is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician / Electric Motor Winder to join our team in Sharjah. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, dismantling, rewinding, repairing, assembling, and testing AC/DC electric motors ranging from 1 HP to 200 HP, commonly used in marine, industrial, and commercial applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in electric motors, pumps, generators, and related equipment.
- Perform complete rewinding of AC and DC motors from 1 HP to 200 HP.
- Remove old windings, prepare stators and rotors, insert coils, perform insulation, varnishing, and baking processes.
- Assemble, align, and test repaired motors to ensure proper operation and performance.
- Carry out electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair work on marine and industrial equipment.
- Use testing instruments such as multimeters, meggers, clamp meters, and insulation resistance testers.
- Interpret electrical drawings, winding data, and technical specifications.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping in the workshop.
- Prepare service reports and maintain records of repairs and maintenance activities.
- Support on-site repair and installation work when required.
