Electrical Estimation Engineer – Data Centre Projects Jobs in Dubai at Brightway photocopier equipment
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical systems.
- Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation.
- Estimate electrical systems including LV, MV, HV, Lighting, Power, ELV, and associated services.
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for technical compliance and cost optimization.
- Prepare comparison statements, cost analyses, and bid summaries.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Design, Planning, and Project teams during tendering.
- Support technical and commercial bid submissions.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and post-tender negotiations.
- Ensure estimates comply with applicable standards such as DEWA, ADDC, IEC, and IEEE.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in Electrical Estimation within MEP projects.
- Mandatory experience in Data Centre projects.
- Strong knowledge of LV, MV, HV, ELV, Power Distribution, and Lighting Systems.
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, tendering, and cost estimation.
- Good knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Pay: AED14,000.00 – AED16,000.00 per month
