In this role, you will focus on developing deep enterprise, government, and commercial business opportunities. You will serve as the trusted point of contact for our clients, managing strategic relationships and driving sales across a cutting-edge portfolio that includes PCs, printing, mobility, audiovisual, collaboration, PoS, and workplace technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Develop, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with enterprise, commercial, government clients, and channel partners.
- Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities and drive consistent revenue growth across your assigned territory (Syria, Iraq, or Saudi Arabia).
- Strategic Positioning: Effectively promote and position the company’s extensive endpoint technology portfolio to meet client needs.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with internal product managers and pre-sales engineering teams to architect tailored technical solutions.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle seamlessly from initial lead generation to closure and dedicated post-sales follow-up.
- Commercial Documentation: Prepare high-quality quotations, proposals, complex tenders, and commercial offers aligned perfectly with customer requirements.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets, Gross Profit (GP) targets, business KPIs, and strategic regional objectives.
- Forecasting & Market Intelligence: Maintain rigorous pipeline management and accurate forecasting while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
