Electrical Engineer (TAQA Approved) Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Cleanpro Cleaning Services LLC
An Electrical Engineer with TAQA approval and a minimum of 7 years of UAE experience is responsible for designing, testing, and overseeing the installation of electrical systems, ensuring strict compliance with the Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA) regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance: Act as the primary liaison with TAQA and ADDC/AADC to secure power connection approvals, load notifications, and design clearances.
- Design & Review: Evaluate electrical engineering drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematic diagrams, and load schedules against TAQA regulations.
- Site Supervision: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HV/MV/LV substations, transformers, switchgears, and distribution networks.
- Testing & Commissioning: Lead final testing procedures and facilitate formal handovers to local utility authorities.
- Safety & Standards: Enforce electrical safety protocols on-site according to the Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHAD) framework.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Certification: Active, verifiable TAQA / ADDC Competency Card / Approval is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven electrical engineering experience within the UAE construction or utility sectors.
- Skills: Deep understanding of TAQA/RSB regulations, power system software (like ETAP), and electrical load calculations.
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
