URGENTLY HIRING – ELECTRICAL BIM MODELER
Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services LLC – Dubai is looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team.
Position
Electrical BIM Modeler
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP
- Experience in electrical BIM modeling and drafting
- Knowledge of UAE standards and project requirements
- Experience with electrical layouts, shop drawings, and documentation
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Candidates currently available in the UAE preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain electrical BIM models using Revit
- Prepare electrical layouts, shop drawings, and documentation
- Coordinate electrical models with architectural, structural, mechanical, and plumbing disciplines
- Identify and resolve clashes during BIM coordination
- Update models based on design changes and project requirements
- Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards and specifications
