HIRING – EDMS TECHNICAL CONSULTANT
Location: Qatar
Contract: 1 Year, Extendable
Experience: 5+ Years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
W*e are looking for an experienced EDMS Technical Consultant* to provide onsite technical and functional support for an Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS/ECM).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide onsite technical & functional support for EDMS / Records Management systems
Configure document types, metadata, taxonomy, workflows, forms, notifications, security & retention rules
Troubleshoot application, workflow, configuration, integration and user-related issues
Coordinate with product/vendor teams for L2/L3 support
Support onboarding of new departments and business units
Support document migration from SharePoint and file-share repositories into the EDMS
Participate in UAT, regression testing and system improvements
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of hands-on EDMS/ECM platform administration & configuration
Strong experience in workflow, approval routing, notifications & escalations
Knowledge of metadata, taxonomy, document retention & disposition
Experience with role-based security and access control
Knowledge of Active Directory / Entra ID integration
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Records Management or related field
Bilingual: English & Arabic
