E-Commerce Operations Executive Jobs in Ras al-Khaimah at Cuple
Required Experience and Qualifications:-
- Minimum one year of experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, marketplace operations, retail operations, or a similar field.
- Practical experience handling the complete order cycle, from receiving and preparing the order through shipping, delivery, return, exchange, or cancellation.
- Experience working with platforms such as Namshi, 6thStreet, Noon, Trendyol, or similar marketplaces.
- Experience handling online orders fulfilled from stores and coordinating with stores, warehouses, courier companies, and internal departments.
- Good knowledge of fulfillment KPIs, order-processing timelines, service levels, cancellation rates, and pending or aging orders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, formulas, filtering, data validation, and operational reporting.
- Experience preparing and maintaining sales, fulfillment, pending-order, and performance reports.
- Good understanding of product quality-control procedures before orders are prepared and shipped. Excellent communication and coordination skills in both English and Arabic. (Arabic speaker required.)
- Previous experience in fashion, footwear, handbags, retail, or multi-store operations is preferred.
