About Us:
Lexon Healthcare is a leading home healthcare provider, offering high-quality medical services such as Doctor on Call, Lab Tests at Home, and IV Drip Therapy at the patient’s doorstep. We are expanding our team and looking for skilled Home Healthcare Nurses to join us immediately.
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations with accuracy and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
➕ Financial Management: Maintain and oversee financial records, including daily transactions, invoices, and reconciliations.
➕ Accounts Payable & Receivable: Ensure timely processing of payments, billing, and expense tracking.
➕ Budgeting & Cost Control: Assist in financial planning and cost management to optimize business efficiency.
➕ Payroll Processing: Handle salary disbursements, deductions, and financial reporting in compliance with regulations.
➕ Tax Compliance & Reporting: Ensure proper filing of VAT, taxes, and financial statements as per UAE regulations.
➕ Audit Preparation: Assist in audits by maintaining proper documentation and financial records.
➕ Accuracy & Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information and ensure error-free accounting.
Requirements:
✔ Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in accounting, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✔ Software Proficiency: Knowledge of QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho, or other accounting software is an advantage.
✔ Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
✔ Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors effectively.
✔ Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive in identifying and resolving financial discrepancies.
