Vega Leader is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Representative to join our team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, promoting Virgin Mobile Enterprise solutions, closing sales over the phone, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to Enterprise customers to promote Virgin Mobile products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate leads, close sales, and achieve monthly targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with the sales team and follow up on leads.
- Handle customer questions and complaints professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of telesales/telemarketing experience; Telecom experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Target-oriented and able to handle rejection.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,001.00 per month
