the Senior E-commerce Manager will lead the future of flyadeal’s digital customer experience. This role will drive our web and mobile app strategy, focusing on end-to-end customer journey optimization, digital revenue growth, and leveraging the latest technology to enhance every digital touchpoint. You will be a key driver of our digital strategy, working cross-functionally to deliver ambitious channel performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the overall e-commerce product strategy and roadmap.
Lead commercial performance and enhancements across all direct booking channels (web & app).
Manage vendors and contracts for digital and e-commerce solutions.
Align e-commerce initiatives with commercial strategy to achieve revenue and channel share targets.
Optimize conversion rates and continuously improve user experience via A/B testing and analytics.
Track and improve ROI of digital products and services.
Benchmark digital platforms against competitors to identify gaps and opportunities.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on digital innovation, recommending new tools and trends.
Collaborate with commercial and IT teams to integrate ancillary products into the booking flow.
Lead the analysis and usage of tools such as Google Analytics, fare marketing platforms, and SEO.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 8 years of experience in e-commerce product management and conversion rate optimization.
Strong experience with airline systems (preferably Navitaire) and low-cost carrier (LCC) models.
Deep understanding of CMS platforms, internet booking engines, and mobile apps.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, digital marketing tools, and A/B testing.
Solid project management, decision-making, and business acumen.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
Familiarity with Middle Eastern e-commerce and travel industry trends.
