We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Marketplace Manager to lead and optimize our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing end-to-end marketplace activities while driving sales growth and operational efficiency. This role requires hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon, etc.).
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, visibility, and product performance across platforms.
- Handle product listings, content optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and ensure stock availability to avoid disruptions.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and secure favorable terms with suppliers.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and marketplace trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, standards, and best practices.
- Handle administrative and reporting tasks related to marketplace operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations) to align business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce marketplace management (Amazon, Noon, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of online sales strategies, listing optimization, and marketplace algorithms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with e-commerce tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain coordination is an advantage.
