T&M services to support STC environment
STC operates three major Siebel instances (B2C, B2B, and Loyalty) currently supported under a T&M engagement for day-to-day operations.
The customer is now seeking a dedicated Siebel Architect during business hours to provide advanced support, proactively address issues, and conduct performance and configuration assessments.
The DB is running on ExaCC, and STC is currently in the process of migrating the application layer to C3, further increasing the need for specialized architectural oversight to ensure stability and optimal performance during this transition.
Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Seniority: 10+ years;
- Siebel Architect;
- Language: English.
Desirable
- Arabic speaker.
