Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced and performance-driven E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business channels. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Shopify website management and marketplace operations. This role will oversee website performance, product management, customer experience, and online sales growth across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s Shopify website, including product uploads, collections, pricing, promotions, and content updates.
- Monitor website performance and optimize user experience, conversion rates, and online sales.
- Handle end-to-end marketplace management (Amazon, Noon, and other platforms), including catalog management, product listings, inventory coordination, and order processing.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, images, and availability across all online channels.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor stock levels and work closely with operations and logistics teams.
- Track and report KPIs including website traffic, conversion rate, sales performance, and customer engagement.
- Analyze performance data and implement strategies to improve online growth.
- Coordinate with developers or service providers for website updates and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, marketplace requirements, and digital best practices.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Proven experience in Shopify website management.
- Experience managing online marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and digital sales channels.
- Experience in product catalog management, inventory handling, and order workflows.
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and performance campaigns.
- Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems.
- Experience in retail, fashion, consumer goods, or related industries.
