Core Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Manage and update product listings, stock availability, and inventory across local and global platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Noon).
- Digital Merchandising & Marketing: Execute promotional campaigns, optimize product visibility (SEO/keyword updates), and manage digital ads.
- Order Fulfillment: Bridge the digital storefront and the physical warehouse, tracking last-mile delivery and resolving delivery exceptions
- Customer Experience: Handle customer inquiries, returns, and refunds via ticketing systems platform and social media, etc
Pay: AED100.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
