Key Responsibilities:
Office Maintenance & Housekeeping:
Ensure office premises, pantry, and meeting rooms are clean and well-maintained.
Arrange office furniture and supplies as required.
Administrative Support:
Deliver documents, files, and parcels within the office or to external locations.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Manage and restock office supplies such as stationery, pantry items, and cleaning materials.
Hospitality & Guest Assistance:
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Ensure meeting rooms are set up before appointments.
Mail & Communication Handling:
Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Handle basic communication with vendors, courier services, and office maintenance personnel.
Errands & Support Tasks:
Perform bank-related tasks, such as depositing checks or collecting documents.
Assist employees with minor tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,400.00 – AED1,500.00 per month
