Job Title: Facilities Management Operations ManagerLocation: Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of facilities (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.)
Manage service contracts and ensure vendor performance
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
Lead and train team members (technicians, contractors, etc.)
Prepare and manage facilities budget, monitor costs
Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
Handle emergency preparedness and safety inspections
Foster client and stakeholder relationships
Implement sustainability and energy-saving programs
Maintain records and prepare operational reports
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field
Experience: 5+ years in facilities management, 3+ years in a managerial role
Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and financial management
Knowledge of Dubai’s regulations and building codes
Experience with facilities management software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
