Job Title: Draftsman (Experience Working with Quantity Surveyors Required)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with Quantity Surveyors to ensure drawings are aligned with project measurements, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation requirements.
- Quantity take-offs and material measurement activities to support accurate budgeting and procurement processes.
- Prepare BOQ from the drawings and scope of work.
- Review Architectural and shop drawings to determine project quantities and material requirements.
- Update and modify drawings based on project changes, site conditions, client comments, and engineering requirements.
- Maintain and organize drawing records, revisions, and documentation in compliance with company standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, Quantity Surveyors, and site teams throughout all phases of project execution.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Support project planning and execution by providing accurate and timely drafting services.
Required Experience: Direct coordination and support to Quantity Surveying teams.
