Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads
- Stay updated on market trends, property launches, and pricing.
- Work closely with senior sales consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 6 months –2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
