Objectives of this Role:
Lead the development of highly scalable, secure, and efficient web applications using modern technologies.
Create and maintain high-performance websites and applications, ensuring exceptional user experience and accessibility.
Stay current with industry trends and technologies to keep our solutions cutting-edge.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and implement complex web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain APIs for seamless integration with other services and applications.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure code quality, performance, and security.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a full stack developer, with a strong portfolio of complex web applications like ERP systems & financial modules.
Proficiency in Server-Side Languages such as Java, Python, PHP, Node.js.
Extensive knowledge and Experience with Backend Frameworks such as Laravel (PHP), Spring (Java), Django (Python), Express.js (Node.js), or similar.
Database Expertise: Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, including design, optimization, and management.
API Development: Experience designing and implementing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
In-depth understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, React) and responsive design principles.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Experience with cloud services such as AWS, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional certifications related to web development and cloud services.
Preferred Requirements:
Min 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role in UAE.
Holding UAE driving license.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
