DLP Supervisor – Civil Jobs in Dubai at BEAUTY TOUCH LADIES SALON
We are looking for DLP Supervisor – Civil is responsible for supervising civil defect rectification works during the Defects Liability Period, ensuring timely completion of repairs while maintaining quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise civil maintenance and defect rectification works during the DLP period.
- Conduct inspections to identify construction defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to complete repairs.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE requirements.
- Track DLP activities, maintain records, and provide regular progress updates.
- Obtain client approval after successful completion of rectification works.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in civil construction, maintenance, or DLP works.
- Knowledge of finishing works, structural repairs, waterproofing, and general building maintenance.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
Pay: AED6,500.00 – AED7,500.00 per month
