Job Summary
Mahraj Events Services Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales / Division Head to lead the sales division, develop key accounts, manage the sales team, and drive revenue growth across the Saudi Arabian market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overall sales performance, strategic account development, team management, forecasting, client acquisition, and coordination between sales and operational departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales division of Mahraj Events Services Company.
- Develop sales strategies and annual revenue plans aligned with company objectives.
- Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
- Identify major corporate, government, semi-government, entertainment, hospitality, and event-sector opportunities.
- Personally manage strategic and high-value client accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and procurement departments.
- Guide the sales team in prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Review sales proposals, pricing strategies, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and pipeline reviews.
- Develop new market segments and expand the company’s customer base.
- Identify major tenders, contracts, events, exhibitions, and long-term project opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with estimation, operations, production, finance, and project management departments.
- Ensure sales commitments are aligned with operational capabilities and project timelines.
- Monitor competitor activities, market conditions, and industry trends.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop sales team members.
- Establish client retention and key-account management strategies.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and management reports.
- Represent Mahraj Events Services Company at major client meetings and industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience, including leadership or managerial experience.
- Strong experience within the Saudi Arabian events, exhibitions, advertising, branding, production, fabrication, or related industries.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a sales division.
- Strong track record of achieving substantial revenue targets.
- Existing relationships with corporate, government, semi-government, event, hospitality, or agency clients are highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, commercial, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of pricing, margins, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
- Ability to develop business strategies and translate them into measurable sales results.
- Fluent English required; Arabic is highly preferred.
- Valid Saudi driving licence preferred.
