Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Technical Services Sales Executive to generate new business and expand our client base for Interior Fit-Out, HVAC, Plumbing, and Technical Maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities for Interior Fit-Out, HVAC, Plumbing, and Technical Services.
- Identify and approach potential clients, consultants, contractors, and facility management companies.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand project requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with the estimation and operations teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in sales of Interior Fit-Out, HVAC, Plumbing, or Technical Services.
- Strong network within the construction and facilities management industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
