We are a prestigious 5-star hotel in Jeddah, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales (Corporate) to lead our corporate sales team. If you have a proven track record in corporate sales within the luxury hospitality sector and are passionate about driving revenue growth, we would love to have you join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to maximize revenue and business opportunities for the hotel.

Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, including local and international businesses, travel agencies, and corporate event planners.

Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue corporate accounts to increase hotel bookings and event bookings.

Lead the corporate sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with key corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaborate closely with marketing and revenue management teams to develop pricing and promotional strategies to attract corporate clients.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the corporate segment.

Negotiate corporate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the hotel.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.

Represent the hotel at corporate events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales within the luxury hotel or hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a senior sales role.

Proven track record of driving corporate business growth and achieving sales targets.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

Strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the corporate segment.

Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, including marketing and revenue management.

Strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
