Blog, Insta, Linked In, Twitter We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Portals Product to lead the strategy, vision, and product management of our internal and external customer-facing portals and applications.
This role is responsible for delivering a seamless, engaging, and
innovative
experience that meets the needs of our customers while driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital platforms, strong
leadership
skills; leading and inspiring a high-performing product team. A history of driving strong design and product

Responsibilities:
Manage all client-facing (external as well as internal) portals and apps.
Define and articulate a compelling product vision and roadmap for our customer portals, aligning with Rapyd’s overall business strategy.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and ongoing product improvement.
Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to key stakeholders, including
senior leadership
, sales, marketing, and engineering.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other
cross-functional teams
/stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
Stay
up-to-date
with market, industry, and regulatory trends, which will drive product decisions and identify opportunities and threats.
Prioritize
customer satisfaction
and build strong customer relationships. Actively seek and incorporate customer feedback into the product development process.
Track key product metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and measure product performance.
Work effectively in multicultural teams, with clients, and in global environments.
Requirements:10+ years of experience in product management, including at least 5 years leading and managing product & design teams.
Proven track record
of delivering best-in-class external portals and apps, as well as internal back-office portals.
Successful experience launching and scaling products in
fast-paced
, high-growth environments.
Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
with
data-driven decision-making
ability.
Leadership
and mentorship skills to motivate and inspire teams.
Experience in a global environment with
diverse
cultures and markets.
Experience working with design teams and an eye for design.
Passion for fintech and a strong understanding of the payments industry.
