Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the strategic financial planning and performance management efforts across Takamol. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep financial expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to drive financial strategy that supports sustainable growth. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in financial leadership, capable of influencing executive decisions and guiding business units towards financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and execution of the company’s long-term financial strategy, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts in alignment with corporate goals.

Provide strategic financial insights and decision support to executive leadership, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and investment.

Oversee company-wide financial performance monitoring, including analysis of actuals vs. budget, key metrics, and variance explanations.

Manage the financial planning process for business units, support functions,, ensuring data integrity, accountability, and timeliness.

Drive financial analysis, including revenue trends, cost optimization, capital investments, and scenario planning.

Govern the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics ERP’s project and budgeting modules, ensuring system accuracy and efficiency.

Prepare and deliver executive financial presentations for the Board, Steering Committee, and other key stakeholders.

Foster a high-performance culture within the financial planning & analysis team, promoting best practices, talent development, and continuous improvement.

Lead or contribute to special strategic projects, Mergers and acquisitions evaluations, and risk assessments as assigned by executive leadership.

Qualifications:

Saudi National.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred).

12+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance, including significant leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, corporate finance, and strategic planning frameworks.

Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and financial analysis tools.

Professional certifications such as CMA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent are strongly preferred.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills in Arabic and English.

Proven ability to lead teams, manage complexity, and deliver high-impact results under pressure.
