Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Direct Sales Agent to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and qualify new sales leads through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with potential clients to present our products/services.
- Needs Analysis: Listen to customer needs and present products that match their specific requirements.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a database of current and potential customers using CRM software.
- Closing: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales contracts to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the field regarding market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Reporting: Provide detailed daily/weekly reports on sales activities and forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Direct Sales Agent or in a similar sales role (2+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred
Pay: QAR4,500.00 – QAR5,500.00 per month
