Job Title: MEP Technician (HVAC & Multi)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated MEP Technician (HVAC & Multi) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in HVAC systems and other MEP services, along with an ITI qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing components.
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests on HVAC and MEP systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Conduct routine inspections of mechanical and electrical systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Follow standard operating procedures for maintenance, emergency repairs, and system upgrades.
Collaborate with the engineering team to support project installations and modifications.
Perform ceramic tiling, retiling, silicon application, and grouting work.
Carry out bricklaying, hollow block work, cement plaster work, and plain cement concrete casting.
Install and modify marble tops and granite panels for wash basins and kitchen counters.
Prepare surfaces for paint application, including sanding, filling, joint repair, and re-cleaning.
Perform various types of painting work, including water-based, oil-based, epoxy paints, and top-coats on gypsum, cemented, wooden surfaces, and blocks.
Handle furniture carpentry, masonry, and general painting tasks.
Perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
Qualifications & Skills:
ITI qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as an MEP Technician (HVAC & Multi) in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP components.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Hands-on experience in civil maintenance and repair tasks.
A valid UAE driving license is an advantage
