Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize
digital marketing campaigns while also supporting basic graphic design needs. The ideal
candidate is both data-driven and creative, capable of running campaigns and producing
visually engaging marketing assets that strengthen brand presence and drive results.
Freshers here i n Dubai are preferrable.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms.
- Manage and optimize website content for user experience.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams t o align marketing strategies.
- Develop and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linkedin Ads,
- etc.) t o maximize ROl
- Design marketing creatives such as social media posts, ads, banners, email, visuals, presentations, and basic promotional materials.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree i n Marketing, Business, Communications, o r a related field (or
- equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability t o interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
