Job Description

This role requires a creative, strategic thinker who is able to manage multiple

communication

channels, create compelling content, and work closely with both the investment team and portfolio companies to enhance the firm’s reputation and visibility. The role will be at the forefront of shaping how Oraseya communicates our investment thesis, portfolio growth, and industry insights to various stakeholders including investors, entrepreneurs, media, and the public.

Develop and Execute

Communication

Strategy  Craft and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that supports the firm’s growth, goals, and brand positioning.  Ensure alignment of messaging across all

communication

channels including social media, website, press releases, blogs, and investor communications.  Manage end-to-end our PR/Marketing/Social media accounts.

Brand Management & Messaging  Work with the

leadership

team to define and maintain the firm’s brand voice and messaging across all

communication

platforms.  Create and execute campaigns to raise awareness about Oraseya’s values, investment strategies, and portfolio successes.

Social Media Management & Content Creation  Oversee Oraseya’s social media accounts and create content that engages the startups, investors, and business community.  Write, edit, and distribute high-quality social media posts, including video posts (the candidate must be comfortable with shooting/editing simple videos such as interviews, etc.).  Content creation (idea generation, video shoot, editing and posting) for Oraseya’s social media.  Posting/commenting/engaging on Linked In/IG/X and growing Oraseya’s follower base.

Monitor social media trends and industry news, adapting the firm’s messaging to stay relevant and timely.  Support the team on developing

leadership

pieces and insights that showcase Oraseya’s expertise and positioning in the venture capital industry.

Media Relations  Build and nurture relationships with media outlets to secure coverage in relevant publications and platforms.  Liaise with journalists and media to increase our presence.  Manage press inquiries and media opportunities, ensuring consistent and timely responses.  Preparation of press releases together with DIEZ PR team.  Develop and manage a quarterly newsletter for our stakeholders to share regular updates.  Support on internal/external presentations.

Event Management  Assist in organizing speaking engagements and presentations at key industry events and manage the agenda of events.  Support on event sponsoring.

Qualifications  Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related role, with experience in venture capital, finance, or startups preferred.  Strong understanding of the venture capital industry, startup ecosystems, and investor relations.  Exceptional written and verbal

communication skills

with an ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.

Proven track record

of media relations and content creation, including press releases, blogs, and social media content.

Experience with

social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.  Strong

project management
