About Us
NextGen Charge is an EV home charger supplier expanding into the Dubai market. We are looking to partner with a DEWA-enrolled Electricity Fit-Out Contractor to handle the electrical assessment, design submission, installation, testing, and commissioning of home EV chargers for private residential customers (villas and apartments) across Dubai.
About the Opportunity
This is a B2B subcontracting/partnership opportunity — not a standard employment role. We are seeking an established, DEWA-enrolled contractor (or contracting company) to work with us on an ongoing basis as our exclusive or preferred installation partner for residential EV charger installs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct electrical load assessments for residential EV charger installations
- Prepare and submit any required DEWA documentation/approvals where applicable
- Carry out installation, testing, and commissioning of home EV chargers to DEWA and IEC standards
- Liaise with NextGen Charge on job scheduling and customer coordination
- Ensure full compliance with DEWA electrical requirements on every job
Requirements
- Must be a current DEWA-enrolled Electricity Fit-Out Contractor
- Proven experience with residential electrical installations in Dubai (villa and/or apartment)
- Familiarity with EV charger installation preferred (solar/net-metering installation experience also considered)
- Valid trade license and relevant UAE certifications
- Ability to take on recurring, high-volume work as our installation volume grows
