FM Coordinator (MEP)
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for MEP systems.
- Manage and track work orders through the CAFM system.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support the operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Maintain asset records, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.
- Prepare maintenance reports and service performance updates.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in planning maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and maintain service quality.
