Driear Arquitetos Design Studio Qatar is a prestigious architecture and interior design firm specializing in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and analytical Design Analyst to join our team in Doha. You will support our design team by researching trends, analyzing project requirements, and preparing technical documentation.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the development of architectural and interior design concepts.
- Analyze project briefs, client requirements, and site conditions.
- Research materials, finishes, furniture, and design trends.
- Prepare mood boards, material boards, and presentation decks.
- Assist in creating technical drawings, 2D/3D models, and renderings.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants for project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and specifications.
- Support senior designers in day-to-day studio operations.
- Ensure design quality and adherence to project timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in architectural or interior design studios.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Portuguese or Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong visual and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Valid QID (Qatar ID) and NOC (No Objection Certificate) preferred.
- Portfolio demonstrating design skills (required for interview).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in hospitality, residential, or commercial projects in Qatar or GCC.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Experience with rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape).
- Professional certification (LEED, PMP, or similar).
