Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with 5–6 years of experience in the Dubai real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate property, client, and sales data while ensuring all records are up to date in the company’s CRM and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate property, client, and sales records.
- Manage property inventories, unit availability, pricing, and project information.
- Update CRM systems with leads, customer information, bookings, and sales transactions.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entry and identify any discrepancies.
- Upload and organize property-related documents, contracts, reservation forms, and client files.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Admin, Marketing, and Accounts teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company and client information.
- Perform regular database maintenance and remove duplicate or outdated records.
- Support administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator in the Dubai real estate industry (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems.
- Experience handling property listings, customer databases, booking forms, and sales records.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Dubai Land Department (DLD) procedures and real estate documentation.
- Knowledge of reservation forms, Sales Purchase Agreements (SPA), and property transactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Range: 2000-2200 aed
