DADU Facilitator Jobs in Doha at QC+
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Dadu schools and community engagement programs in multiple venues, including the Dadu Gardens.
- Preparation, setup, delivery and reset of the Dadu activities and programs.
- Preparation for activities might include the following but not limited to:
- Prepare fresh ingredients for the food preparation activities
- Setup the area for activities, including transporting tables and chairs as required
- Clean-up of equipment used in workshops
- Working outdoors to prepare for activities.
- To facilitate and guide visitor’s learning from interactive exhibits ensuring that adults and children find them appealing, accessible and educational
- To perform pre-formatted drop-In/ workshops to school groups and families ensuring that the audience find them appealing, accessible and educational
- To provide support and advice for Special Educational Needs groups visiting the interactive galleries to ensure that their visit is enjoyable, welcoming and of educational benefit
- To brief school groups visiting Dadu to ensure that they find their visit enjoyable and educational
- To proactively monitor health and safety of the exhibits, galleries, shows and workshops to ensure that they meet standards set by senior management
- Facilitate activities in Dadu which includes activities in the garden, classroom and kitchen setting.
- Inform Design and Interpretation Team of exhibits requiring repair / replacement
- Resetting exhibits and restocking consumables
- Start up and shut down of exhibits / installations
- Oversee, supervise and train volunteers
- Administer visitor surveys when required.
- Analyze visitor feedback with a view to continuously improve customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month
