Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Videographer, Photographer, and Editor to join our dynamic team at Jayine Real Estate, a leading real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video and photo content of properties, as well as editing these materials to create compelling visual assets for marketing purposes. You will play an integral role in showcasing properties in a way that resonates with potential buyers and renters.
Key Responsibilities:
Photography & Videography:
Capture professional photos and videos of residential and commercial properties.
Utilize a variety of equipment, including DSLR cameras, drones, and lighting, to create dynamic content.
Set up and adjust shots, ensuring proper lighting and angles to highlight the property’s key features.
Work closely with real estate agents and clients to determine key property features to highlight.
Editing & Post-Production:
Edit photos and videos, applying color correction, sound enhancement, and transitions to ensure high-quality, polished outputs.
Produce virtual tours, promotional videos, and other marketing materials that align with the brand’s style and messaging.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all visuals meet campaign goals and deadlines.
Manage and organize digital media files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Assist the marketing team in conceptualizing visual content strategies to enhance online property listings and promotional materials.
Stay current with real estate marketing trends, suggesting innovative ideas to elevate content and improve audience engagement.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance the overall visual appeal of real estate listings.
On-Location & Remote Work:
Travel to various property locations for photoshoots and video shoots, adhering to scheduled timelines.
Work remotely for editing tasks, with occasional on-site presence for shoots.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Proven experience as a videographer, photographer, and video editor, preferably in the real estate or similar industry.
A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create engaging real estate visual content.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.), Final Cut Pro, or other editing software.
Experience with drones or other aerial photography/videography equipment is a plus.
