CVM / Segmentation Head – CVM

8–10+ years of experience in CVM, growth strategy, retail banking, or customer lifecycle management.
Strong expertise across customer acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and win-back.
Experience owning CVM strategy, KPIs, campaigns, experimentation, and commercial levers.
Strong knowledge of pricing, revenue optimisation, and customer value management.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate customer insights into measurable commercial outcomes.
