Job Opportunity | E-Commerce Sales Manager – Food Sector

We are looking for a professional E-Commerce Sales Manager with strong experience in managing and developing food product sales across various online platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Ninja, Jahez, HungerStation, and others. The ideal candidate should demonstrate leadership capabilities and a proven track record of achieving sales growth and market share expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and implement sales strategies specific to e-commerce channels.
  • Manage and develop accounts on various online selling platforms.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and increase market share.
  • Analyze product and sales performance and propose improvement and growth plans.
  • Manage promotional campaigns and commercial offers in coordination with marketing teams.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with operations management and supply chain to ensure product availability.
  • Build and develop relationships with platform officials and business partners.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales and performance and submit them to senior management.
  • Lead and develop the e-commerce team and improve performance and productivity levels.
  • Study the market and competitors and propose expansion and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Overall experience of 5 to 7 years in sales.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing e-commerce sales in the food sector.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
