Job Title: Customer Service & Admin Assistant (Male)
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site
Schedule: 11:30 AM-9:30 PM (Saturday-Thursday)

- Gross Salary: QAR 2,200 per month
- Basic Salary: QAR 1,500 + Accommodation provided
About the Role
Leaders Training Centre is looking for a customer-focused and organized Customer Service & Admin Assistant to support front desk operations and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and basic Excel knowledge, who can manage both customer interaction and office coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students, visitors, and clients professionally
- Provide information about courses, schedules, and services
- Handle customer inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp)
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and record keeping
- Maintain and update records using MS Excel and office tools
- Coordinate class schedules, appointments, and internal activities
- Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Basic to intermediate MS Excel and MS Office proficiency
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Prior experience in customer service or admin role is an advantage
