About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Analyst to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will identify, assess, and monitor operational and financial risks, deliver data-driven insights, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive risk mitigation strategies and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and scenario analyses using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Develop, maintain, and enhance risk models and reporting tools to track key risk indicators
- Prepare timely risk reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to identify risk exposures and implement mitigation plans
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Support the development and implementation of risk management policies, procedures, and controls
Required Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in risk analysis, financial auditing, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related discipline
- Proven experience with risk analysis methodologies and technical tools
- Strong reporting skills, including data extraction and presentation using Excel or risk management software
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sound understanding of Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks and industry best practices
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification such as FRM, PRM, or CFA
- Experience in banking, energy, or oil and gas sectors
- Familiarity with local regulatory authorities (SAMA, CMA)
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
