We are hiring a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the operations team when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Support administrative tasks and assist with daily office operations.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Reception, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Punctual, organized, honest, and reliable.

Pay: AED1,800.00 per hour
