We are hiring a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the operations team when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Support administrative tasks and assist with daily office operations.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Reception, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Punctual, organized, honest, and reliable.

NOTE: Own Visa Preferred

Pay: AED1,800.00 per hour
