Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing car wash services company. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, coordinating daily operations with field teams, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with dispatch activities to ensure smooth service delivery and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate daily bookings and communicate schedules with field service teams.
- Monitor job progress and update customers when necessary.
- Dispatch field teams based on service locations, availability, and operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records, service histories, and operational logs.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, service completion, and feedback.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all customer information is recorded accurately in company systems.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Prepare daily reports related to bookings, completed jobs, and customer interactions.
- Assist in improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Dispatching, Scheduling, or Administrative Coordination is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/booking systems.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and departments.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive services, car wash, maintenance, logistics, or field service operations.
- Experience with dispatching and route coordination.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, scheduling software, and customer management systems.
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
