Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities:
Preparation and execution of logistic administrative tasks to meet deadlines, including processing inbound/outbound jobs and managing truck documentation.
Prepare and send complete and accurate daily activity reports (GRN / Dispatch / Transportation) to ensure timely communication of operational activities.
Ensure that high-quality service is consistently provided to clients, adhering to defined standards, while safeguarding the company’s interests.
Collaborate with internal departments to provide updates on container planning, ASN issues, order issues, and IT-related matters, ensuring professionalism and prompt resolution.
Act as the key administrative contact for clients, providing continuity of business support. Regularly send performance reports to clients in a timely manner.
Maintain proper record management protocols, ensuring files are appropriately stored. Transfer records to the electronic filing system to ensure seamless access and tracking.
