Job Description:
We are hiring for the position of Customer Service with 2-3 years experience in UAE. Candidate should be fluent in English & Arabic .
Job Description:
- Address customers’ requests and queries
- Analyze customer information and needs to improve customer relationships and experience
- Execute order processing and order fulfillment tasks.
- Handle customer information and data and escalate issues to the concerned team
- Handle customer complaints and provide an appropriate solution
- Gather customer feedback from multiple sources including surveys
- Identify risks associated with different approaches to business process change.
Requirements:
- Candidate should possess minimum of 2-3 years UAE experience in Customer Service / call center
- Experience in handling large volume calls
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Candidate should be available to join immediately
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
