Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in fit-out and architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans.
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
- Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations.
- Review and modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural drafting, specifically in fit-out projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements:
- Must be available to relocate to Qatar immediately without a notice period.
- Valid work authorization in Qatar is preferred.
